The collection contains a significant amount of broadcast material from the 1950's and 1960's. For example, the oldest movies from Political Parties' Broadcast Time and the first STER advertising block. The more recent material consists of television programmes: documentaries, the 8 o'clock news, reports, current events and talkshows.
