Broadside ballads > Bouke Feleus
Multi-instrumentalist Bouke Feleus (Geldrop 1970) received his first piano lessons in 1978 and majored in composition and piano with a minor in orchestra direction at the Utrecht conservatory. Besides his work as a composer, he also works as a freelance musician (playing mostly button accordion and strings) and singer in Dutch theatres and festivals, as a producer of jingles, as a conductor and as a studio musician. He has contributed to countless projects both in the Netherlands and abroad.
A recording by the Kiev Modern Symphony Orchestra of his First Symphony has been released in 2001 by A.S.C. Record (England) and Universal sub-label Presenza (NL).
He can be heard on most songs on the website playing button accordion, double bass, violin, guitar or piano.
