The Atlas Van der Hagen consists of 4 volumes bound in parchment, each with ca. 100 plates. The atlas is compiled ofhand colored maps, prints and other material. Its former owner was the Amsterdam merchant Dirk van der Hagen, but it is not sure if he was also the compiler of the atlas.
