Description
Karikatuur van keizer Napoleon III met grote snor en sik die op de plaats van de hiel van de pijp is aangebracht. Pas aan het eind van zijn loopbaan als staatsman, president en keizer werd kritiek op deze machtige man toegelaten. De val van Sedan waar hij verantwoordelijk voor werd gehouden, betekende zijn ondergang. Op de steel de scheldnaam voor de keizer Badinguet.
