The photo collection of Machine Factory Stork Brothers and Co. in Hengelo (Ov.) is a part of the total company archive. Besides the photo collection, this consists of several hundreds of meters of archives, which have only been made partially accessible in the form of location lists or inventories.

The archive was created at the company's headquarters in Hengelo (Ov.), although the photo collection also contains images from branch offices in other towns or from the sites where the products were installed.

Between 1977 and 1995, the extensive company archive was transferred in stages to the National Archives in Overijssel, one of the precursors of the Overijssel Historical Centre.
