The Otten Molen in Wijlre (Limburg)
The Otten Molen, located on a branch of the River Geul, is unique for having two water wheels in line with each other. Since around 1985, the mill has generated a small amount of electricity by means of these two wheels, while one of them can drive two pairs of millstones, which are occasionally used to grind grain.
