- De maquette van de zes-miljoenste woning in Nederland wordt zorgvuldig droog gehouden door F.H. van de Heijden, calculator-werkvoorbereider van Coopmans bouw bv. uit Deurne, de aannemer van de zesmiljoenste woning. Met een druk op de knop zal de Koningin even later de fontein in de buurtvijver in werking stellen. Noemenswaardig is het feit dat het Rijksmuseum in het bezit is van de maquette die op de foto staat, d.m.v. een schenking van het aannemersbedrijf Coopmans. De maquette is gemaakt op Madurodam-schaal, d.w.z. 1:50. Het betreft een premie-A koopwoning, twee-onder-één-kap, met garage en schuur. De maquette staat op een plank waarop ook de tuin en de stoep zijn nagebootst. Helmond, 2 september 1992.
