‘Sprookjes uit de nalatenschap van Moeder de Gans’ is a reissue of the Brothers Grimm’s fairy tales. It has five beautiful illustrations with hand-coloured details. The original volume of the tales (‘Kinder- und Hausmärchen’) was published in 1812. This Dutch edition was issued by the Leiden publisher A.W. Sijthoff in 1870 and cost fl.1,25.
