- Oblong centsprent met 2 x 4 omkaderde houtsneden, met gedetailleerde afbeeldingen van landvoogd Gessler die in 1303 Wilhelm Tell wil dwingen een staak met een hoed erop te groeten. Hij weigert en moet dan een appel van het hoofd van zijn zoon schieten. Gessler wil Tell opsluiten en voert hem over het Meer van Luzern. Bij een storm ontsnapt Tell en schiet Gessler dood. Hij is een van de grondleggers van de Zwitserse vrijheid. Bevat onderschriften van 7 of 8 regels, met dialogen.
