- Description
- Wanneer het bakerkindje helemaal was aangekleed werd het in een pakdeken gelegd. De witte deken met rode strepen zijn algemeen gebruikelijk geweest. Ze komen al op afbeeldingen van rond 1850 voor. Ze werden ook in sommige streken bij de doop gebruikt. Per streek kon later de afwerking wat verschillen. In Bunschoten werd de deken, net als in Staphorst, gevoerd met kant en afgezet met blauw satijnen lint.
