- 'Zieden kaschein', gedragen bij het ten doop houden van een kind en tijdens het kerkelijk huwelijk. Bij dit jak hoort een schort van hetzelfde materiaal. Een jak van zijde of satijn werd alleen gedragen door de beter gesitueerden. Minder gesitueerden droegen bij deze gelegenheden een jak van fijne wollen stof. Bij dergelijk satijnen jakken voor trouw en doop was er geen onderscheid tussen Rouveen en Staphorst. Dat was echter wel het geval voor de bijbehorende schorten.
