- Centsprent met 4 x 4 omkaderde houtsneden, met afbeeldingen over een dienstmeisje, dat wordt ontslagen door vrouw Diewert. Een stijve 'kwaaker' gaat uit vrijen naar Saartje Jansz (dochter van vrouw Diewert) maar Saartje is verliefd op Jan Klaasz. Saartje gaat met een 'besteedster' (werkbemiddelaarster) praten. Jan Klaasz komt erbij en gaat als meid verkleed werken bij de ouders van Saartje. Dat gaat niet goed en vrouw Diewert raast en tiert dat ze 'zulk lomp stuk vleesch' als meid heeft gehuurd. Jan Klaasz valt en het bedrog wordt ontdekt. Saartje valt flauw en uiteindelijk worden Saartje en Klaas verenigd. Bevat vierregelige rijmende onderschriften.
