Archer (1989) The government started its emancipation policy in 1977, since which time many campaigns have been launched by the state.

These include innumerable posters that encourage women to choose technical studies, technical professions and economic independence, as well as series of posters that make men aware of the fact that sexual harassment and sexual violence are unacceptable.
