Browsing through the poster collection, visitors will encounter a great number of feminist and women’s organisations that organised numerous activities – mostly in women’s bars, feminist clubs and other women’s centres.

Gradually, the feminists developed a language and culture that was entirely their own. This led to more special activities, such as exhibitions of feminist art, gender studies conventions and separate feminist clubs – for which posters were also made, which have also been included in the collection.
