In the Netherlands Music Institute both Diepenbrock's correspondence and his music manuscripts are available on microfilm. An important part of the archive was digitized. Part of the composer's archive is still in possession of the family.

Stichting Het Alphons Diepenbrock-Fonds (The Alphons Diepenbrock Foundation, established in 1921) keeps alive the memory of Alphons Diepenbrock and his work by initiating publications and reissues and by promoting research and performances.
