The Memory has played an important role for the KDC in making the change from the outdated means of making the material accessible on videodisc (a kind of video recorder) to making it available in digital form. These videodisc shots have been digitised and sharpened, brightened and cropped. The images have been published on the site in the highest possible resolution for each image.
