- Zogenaamde zonhoed van gevlochten stro, vermoedelijk voor de rouwdracht, van omstreeks 1800. In de 18de eeuw groeiden de strooien hoeden in vorm en formaat mee met de zogenaamde Duitse muts. Ze bereikten omstreek 1800 een enorme omvang. Aan de hoed werd een lint bevestigd. Door dit lint naar beneden te trekken hielden de draagsters de hoed op de plaats bovenop de muts.
